Narrow House Bespoke Apartment

A bespoke designed one bedroom self contained apartment in the North Cornwall village of Cubert approximately 3 miles outside of Newquay and 1 mile from the beautiful beach at Holywell Bay with direct access onto the South West Coastal Path. Please note we are unable to accept infants or children. Sorry - no dogs. The space Narrow House is a unique, private living space, attached to our home, created to give our guests a relaxed atmosphere from which to explore the amazing Cornish coastline and surrounding areas. The apartment features a mix of old and new with various antiques alongside classic furniture and natural terracotta paviour flooring throughout. If the weather takes a turn for the worse the woodburner stove provides a cosy backdrop for a night in. With vaulted ceilings and timber boarded walls, the open plan space provides a comfortable living and dining area with a fully fitted hand made kitchen with Esse range cooker and high quality branded dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. This leads onto a separate bedroom with luxury en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is furnished with Fired Earth sanitaryware, walk-in shower with marble tiles, and eco-friendly toiletries are supplied for guest use. The bedroom and bathroom has underfloor heating throughout. In the bedroom, you’ll find a king size bed with Hypnos mattress, White Company duvet and pillows, and 100% cotton and linen sheets. To the front, there is a small, secluded courtyard for your exclusive use. With Fermob garden furniture, established olive trees and evening mood lighting, this is a beautiful space to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine. A small outhouse provides storage space for beach items and walking shoes etc, and an external shower is also provided to wash off any sand from the beach. When you’re done with a day at the beach, Wifi, HD Smart TV and DAB Radio with Bluetooth music player are all provided, alongside a selection of books and board games. Guest access There is parking available for one medium car at the front of the house, in front of the gate. You have your own access through the gate with a digital code lock and key to the apartment itself. Other things to note A full Guest Information booklet is provided on arrival with plenty of things to do and see in the area. You are free to take this guidebook with you!
