The space Rincón Botánica is one of five-holiday homes set within the Tiagua81 traditional Canarian house. Please note this particular apartment has natural light from skylights and its internal front door only. The other studios are Cuarto Botanico, Sala Botanica, Balcon Botanico and there is also a 2 bedroom cottage, Bodega Botanico. Additionally, the property surprises with extra communal indoor spaces. A glass-covered, roofed traditional Canarian courtyard offers a unique and atmospheric setting for relaxation, adorned with comfortable seating where you can unwind. Furthermore, the property’s original water tank, the “Aljibe,” has been transformed into a subterranean library room, providing a quiet and immersive space for reading or contemplation. A further laundry room with space to store some bikes is complete with an ironing board and washing machine for your convenience. For communal enjoyment, there’s a shared terrace by the solar heated pool with a barbecue for outdoor gatherings, sun loungers for leisurely afternoons, and a beautiful garden. Rincon Botanico is located right on the roadside of this beautiful building, so guests should expect to hear traffic noise during their stay. If you are sensitive to noise you may want to consider looking at Balcon Botanico or Sala Botanica which are on the other side of the building . Guest access Your studio is private you will also have access to shared spaces, the internal covered courtyard with a reading room. Also set in the grounds is the Pool area with sun loungers and an external dining area.
