This accommodation is a private, comfortable suite in a two-suite chalet. The common areas can be shared with up to two guests from the other suite, maintaining a quiet environment. Located in the Riviera Paulista neighborhood, on the Guarapiranga Dam, the region has dirt streets and lots of woods, ideal for hiking, bike trails and boat or horseback rides. Perfect for leisure, photo shoots and home office with great Wi-Fi. Optional breakfast for R$43 per person. Next to the chalet is another one where we live, but we do not share spaces with guests. But we're here to help or answer questions and give sightseeing tips. In the other chalet, we have two en-suites on the ground floor. Each en-suite is for two people. In the space, we also have the living room, terrace, garden, a kiosk with barbecue and mini kitchen. Other things to note To book both en-suites for the same group, look for the listing: “Chalé na Represa”. The shopping center with bakery, market, restaurants and pharmacy is 3 km away. There are restaurants with homemade food and a Minas Gerais market with coffee 600 meters away. There are clubs that are directly on the reservoir with a beautiful view 1 km from the house with the availability of boat rides and water sports. Horseback riding and a small farm with a cafeteria are 200 meters away. We offer two bicycles to guests. For your convenience, hosts can serve dinner, to be charged separately and arranged in advance. We are 20 minutes from the train/metro and 5 minutes from a bus terminus, all transportation apps come here.
