Community features lush gardens, a gym, pool and spa. Amazing location is walking distance to everything. $1000 deposit due after booking. The space DO NOT RESERVE UNTIL YOU EMAIL ME. WE DO NOT DO INSTANT BOOK. EVERYTHING NEEDS APPROVAL FROM OWNER Other things to note The tenant will have a cap on their gas/Electric and water bill. Anything over $250 will be deducted from the tenants deposit. The deposit is refundable after tenants stay with in 21 days minus any damage or charges that may occur. All tenants are required to attend an orientation with the HOA manager upon checking in We try to only book the 1st of the month through the end of the month unless it is an off season.
