The space The flat is on two levels, ground floor and basement. On the ground floor are the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, second bedroom and a second bathroom, as well as access to the garden where the laundry room is located. From the living room there is access to the basement portion of the flat, where there is a third double bedroom with walk in wardrobe and a twin bedroom. This leads to the ante-bathroom, with Jacuzzi, and the full bathroom with shower. The entire flat is finely furnished and decorated, with works of art created by the owner or from his private collection on display. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, traditional oven and microwave oven, espresso, American and Moka coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster. All bathrooms are complete with toilet, shower and hairdryer, as well as a whirlpool bath in the basement anteroom.
