This lower level apartment is furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom with a bath and a queen bed in the second bedroom with bath and is perfect for 1-4 guests. A short 5-8 minute walk allows visitors to explore the many downtown historic sites, museums & restaurants. One parking spot is available on site. There is free parking on our street (except from Nov15th-Jan11th during Nights of Lights). The space This 100+ year old historic home is always welcoming, tranquil, clean and safe. Built in 1917, this 2 story house has 4 private individual apartments. Guests reserving the listing will have two private bedrooms, one with a queen mattress and the other with a king. Pillows , linens, and bedding are provided, and each bedroom has its own full bath. The apartment also has a full service kitchen and living room/dining area for guests to use and enjoy. We offer free WiFi, cable TV, washer/dryer, and keyless lock pad entry. There is parking on our lot for one car and free on-street parking for extra vehicles(except from Nov15th-Jan11th). A Visitor's Center Parking Garage pass is available for guests to use for the duration of their stay. This is dependent on available space in the garage.
