Located less than a 10 minute walk from two subway stations, Trianon Masp and Brigadeiro. Tucked away on the back side of the property isolates the apartment from street noise making it hard to believe that Avenida Paulista is so close. The location is a 10, and the building is very secure with biometric security and a private elevator that opens inside the apartment. The building is surrounded by two office buildings, one to the side and one to the rear, which results in tranquility at night. Many of our guests arrive from other parts of Brazil to visit the best medical doctors and hospitals in Brazil. The apartment is also a wonderful place to recover from surgery, as some of our guests have disclosed. Included for your convenience is a folding wooden dining tray to make things easier for those to eat while recovering, plus a blood pressure monitor and first aid kit. Guest access You will have full access to the building amenities which include a social entertainment area with kitchen, pool, fully equipped gym, sauna, kids playroom and outdoor garden play area. You will also have free access to a remote control to open access to the subterranean garage with two free tandem parking spaces. From the parking, you can directly access a private elevator to enter the apartment.
