Casa Toscana is located on the site next to our property and is our project, to welcome guests and friends with the affection of a home in the countryside. It is the perfect place to connect with nature and disconnect from the world to connect with yourself. We want you and your family/friends to have unique experiences that are unique to the property. We have a very relaxing view of the Serra da Mantiqueira mountains and are close to Campos do Jordão, 12 km away, of which 6 km is a dirt road. The space The site has 7 acres and is great for walks and contemplation. The house has 150 m², divided between: a main room with TV, fireplace and dining table, a balcony-style room with a games table and windows to contemplate the mountains. It has 1 suite and 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom. Both equipped with heated towel racks and a very hot gas shower. We have brand new, first-rate white sheets and towels, and a super charming and well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast table. In the garden, sun loungers and a gazebo with a barbecue and pizza oven await you for unforgettable days. Casa Toscana is 200 meters from our property, and we are always available to guests, who can stroll around the region and ride horses, by appointment and rental. On the neighboring properties, you can take tours and get to know the organic rural production of red fruits up close, and enjoy delicious strawberries and raspberries, picked fresh from the vine. Cultivation and harvesting activities take place year-round. Enjoy your stay and learn more about these crops. Just 40 minutes from a nice hike you can enjoy a waterfall. The nearest village is 3 km away, where there is a small emporium. On weekends, some nearby slow food restaurants, as well as a winery, open for lunch and visitation.
