Welcome to our room named Chiara. Our room is 20 sq.m. There is a bathroom and WC inside the room. The room has air conditioning and wood burning stove(wood is provided), TV, hair dryer, slippers, towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The Nespresso capsule is our treat of coffee, tea, and water. * Since there is a gas detector in the room, smoking is not allowed. Our terrace is suitable for smoking. * Washing machine, dryer and iron for long stays are available for our guests to use. The space LOCATION Our house, 200 m from the center of Urla, is within walking distance to the Historical Malgaca Market and Art Street. You can reach the seaside in 10 minutes by car. In the district of İskele and Cesme, you can find many famous fishing restaurants, bars and cafes. 5 minutes by car to the 'Urla Vineyard Road(Urla Wine Road) where you can visit more than 7 Wineries and restaurants. If you want to see my vintage on time *Our building is monitored from the outside and in the common areas with a 24/7 camera system. * There is no parking for our building. You can park along the road in front of the building. There is a private parking 100 meters away. Guest access Our guests can use the living room on the ground floor, which is our common areas, and the winter garden on the upper floor.
