The space The accommodations offer: - Living with fast 100 mega tv and wi-fi internet in fiber optics, ideal for working or browsing online; - Large and air-conditioned living room, with excellent natural lighting, next to the dining and kitchen space; - Modern kitchen equipped with a good variety of utensils and appliances to prepare and serve your meals on site; - Sleeps up to 4 guests in 2 cozy and air-conditioned rooms. In one there is a queen size bed and partial view of the bay and in the other bedroom 2 single beds, 1 extra bed (bunk bed) positioned under the main bed, easily pulled out for use. - We offer 1 bed and bath kit per guest, hotel standard; - Service area with lava/dry machine, tank and iron to iron clothes; - A full bathroom with hot shower and hair dryer; Important: the condominium is undergoing restoration works on the facades. Other things to note PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: (1) Rental Hosts require mandatory completion of a registration form outside of Airbnb for all guests after the reservation is closed; (2) parties and social events (mainly at night) are not allowed in the accommodations; only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.; (4) smoking and/or using illicit drugs inside and outside the accommodations is prohibited; (5) we do not accept pets; (6) for check-in after 10:00 p.m., there is an additional convenience fee of R$80 until 11:30 p.m. and R$120 after 11:30 p.m.; it is necessary to check the Host's availability in advance. Failure to comply with house rules is grounds for immediate termination of your stay and/or charging for any damages, extra cleaning, and fines caused by breaking these rules.
