You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. You are 5 minutes from the grocery store, 2 minutes from the boat launch at Monte Lake Park and 5 minutes from one entrance to the sand dunes. You will find plenty of parking for your vehicles and outdoor toys, along with a two car garage and a giant grass park located right next to the house! I-90 is easy to access as well as Hwy 17 from this location as well. The space Living quarters are downstairs and all sleeping areas are upstairs. There are 2 full couches downstairs if you have overflow. The main bedroom has its own shower and bathroom. However, bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom and shower/tub combo. Guest access On the day of your arrival you will receive a code for the front door. This is how you will get access to the home. Other things to note Unfortunately my husband is deathly allergic to cats so we ask no cats are brought into our home. Dogs are also asked to stay outside and if needed they can be crated in the garage.
