Welcome to our newly renovated, high-quality, and stylish house! A tranquil and cozy space with a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Located in a village just 12min from Granada, 40min from the beach, and 45min from Sierra Nevada, it's the perfect starting point to explore the city, relax on the beach, or enjoy snow and hiking adventures. Conveniently close to transportation, shops, and restaurants. We have also prepared a welcome book with suggestions to ensure you make the most of your stay. The space Our house has recently been renovated with high-quality materials and features a modern and comfortable design. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area with a large sofa and two Chester armchairs, a dining area for six people, and a modern kitchen equipped with high-quality materials and all the appliances you will need: oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator and freezer. The lighting has been carefully designed to create different atmospheres, and we also have a 55" LED smart TV for you to access your Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, and other entertainment accounts. Additionally, we have an air conditioning system to ensure comfort throughout your stay. On this floor, you will also find a sweet little Wash room and access to the terrace through the external staircase. The terrace has a dining table for six people, two hammock-style chairs perfect for relaxing while enjoying a glass of wine. It has two different types of lighting, one with higher intensity and another that is warm that can be dimmed using a remote control. We also have a barbecue and a stylish sink so you can enjoy outdoor moments. Furthermore, in this area, you will also find the laundry area equipped with a smart washing machine, iron, clothesline, and other cleaning utensils, in case you need them. Going up the stairs from the living room, you will reach the upper floor, which has been precisely designed to integrate both environments. Here you will find a double room with a comfortable queen-size bed, a spacious wardrobe with hangers for your clothes, and a comfortable latex mattress. We also provide different types of pillows so you can choose the one that best suits your preferences. This room also has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and another 55" LED smart TV with the same access. The second room features two bunk beds, perfect for those traveling with family or in a group. The mattresses are adult-sized and measure 90x190. Additionally, there is a wardrobe with hangers and a full-length mirror so you can ensure you always look impeccable. For the little ones, we have a play area with a little house where there are toys and a special friend to welcome them. This room also has a ceiling fan. All beds have mattress covers, cotton sheets with feather duvets. As for the main bathroom, the design and high-quality materials have been our inspiration. It features a modern thermostatic shower and Zara Home towels of great quality and size so you won't miss anything during your stay. All windows are PVC with thermal break and double-glazed glass for maximum tranquility, and they also have mosquito nets and blinds. Access to the property is through a remote opening system where we will provide you with a personalized code, so you don't have to worry about keys. These sensors are strategically located in the main living room and upstairs hallway, but remain inactive and are concealed with a cover to respect your privacy and tranquility during your stay at our property. It is noteworthy that Spanish legislation requires us to have these types of security systems to protect the home from unwanted occupations, ensuring the integrity and protection of the space during times when the house is not booked.
