Peaceful spacious house in Älvdalen

Welcome to our spacious home in the charming little village of Liden, north of Älvdalen. Enjoy the tranquility of this peaceful place to stay. The house is a basement house. Entrance from both sides, downstairs and upstairs. The living space is about 150 m2. 3 bedrooms + an extra room if needed. 6 beds, max 10 people. Extra beds with inflatable mattresses are available. Pets are welcome. The house is an excellent starting point for skiing, snowmobiling, fishing, etc. Free parking in the yard. Access to a storage room in the outbuilding on the property. The space Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, closets and balcony. The other has a 120 cm wide bed and a workspace where you can sit in peace and quiet. Living room/large living room with a spacious sofa group, bookshelf, Wifi, 50-inch TV, Chromecast or connect your computer with HDMI cable. Upstairs is also the kitchen, which is well-equipped, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, percolator, kitchen equipment, dining area and tableware for more than 10 people. Balcony adjacent to the kitchen. Hall with closet. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Downstairs, there is a bedroom with a closet and two bunk beds. One is 120 cm wide and the other is 90 cm wide. Game room with sofa group. Laundry room with washing machine and a drying rack. Bathroom with toilet and shower and a room that can be used as an extra bedroom with inflatable mattress. All bedrooms have wardrobes, blankets and pillows. Pets are welcome. Dog beds, food and water bowls are available to use. Dog kennel available by arrangement. Guest access Access to the whole house except for a storage room. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for SEK 150 per person per stay. Cleaning is not included. The tenant leaves the cottage nicely cleaned upon departure. Alternatively, cleaning can be booked at a cost of SEK 1000.
