Secure Parking: The apartment has a dedicated garage for parking. Anyone parking in unallocated parking bays will be liable to pay a fine. Quiet Hours: As this is a residential block and to respect all those around you, we ask that you keep the noise levels down between 10:30pm to 6am on weekdays and midnight to 6am on weekends. Not adhering to the house rules may result in a fine being issued. Guest access Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves. Other things to note We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required. Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided. No additional visitors or non-registered guests are permitted on the property at any time during your stay. Excessive electricity usage beyond the standard limit for the property will result in an additional charge. This includes, but is not limited to, leaving lights, air conditioning, or heating on while not in the unit. Any charges incurred due to high electricity consumption will be charged to your account. Please note, you are required to have your valid physical Identification document (ID/ Passport/Drivers) on arrival for check-in.
