Your rental includes the Songwriter Suite Studio Apartment ( 3 beds, sleeps 5) with Kitchette and the 40 seat Listening Room in convenient Downtown location. In the heart of it all. All for you and your guests! There is a fully equipped, 40 seat listening room available for you to enjoy included in your rental, all for you and your guests. We have 2 Bose L1 x32 towers with subwoofers in an acoustically balanced room. If you are not a performer, you can listen to your own music through our incredible sound system. Dance like no one is watching.... The Songwriter Suite is a huge, luxurious studio with a Queen bed and a Full daybed as well as a Twin daybed. *You can comfortably sleep up to 5 people. There are 2 Full bathrooms. There is a fridge, coffee/ tea maker and microwave in the kitchenette. There is also a “red carpet” and backdrop to take photos. Pet Friendly. We love pets! We do not charge a pet fee. Guest access You have access to the apartment and the music venue. The studio apartment sleeps 5 people comfortable in 3 beds. The music venue has 40 seats and both are included in your Airbnb. Other things to note We also have live shows from time to time. You can follow us on Social Media at Holla Holler Studios. *We have live streaming and recording equipment upon request. We are open to booking artists for upcoming shows. This is not a shared space. Your rental includes the listening room and the suite. We book it out to Airbnb guests when we do not have musical guests or concerts at Holla Holler. We have everything you need to enjoy a stay. If you are simply traveling through town, we are in the walkable downtown near the river and a great place to visit. The Songwriter Suite apartment is cozy, well appointed and well located. You can comfortably sleep 5 people in 3 beds. When you book the suite on Airbnb you also get the 40 seat listening room as well to yourself. There is a merchandise room that you could set up tables for an event or party. *We don’t supply the tables. Holla is perfect for anyone just looking for a cool place to spend the night, even if you are not a musician! We are located about a block from both the Police and Fire station, which is great for anyone concerned about safety when traveling. If you are a novice and want to play around on our stage or host a Karaoke party with some friends, this is the perfect place. If you want to invite a couple of friends, enjoy some wine and write some songs…Holla is for you.
