Please no parties or unauthorized guests allowed at any time. All guests must be declared on your reservation prior to arrival. There is no smoking or illegal substances of any kind inside the home. Please no redecorating or moving furniture. The fireplace needs to be used with care, and confirmed damper is open. ★ PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★ Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. They'll enjoy and run around the spacious backyard while you sit around the magical fire pit. * Additional Fee of $100 per stay. ★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance.
