Other things to note ・IMPORTANT NOTICE BEFORE YOUR STAY: In accordance with the Real Estate Laws of Japan and to ensure the safety and legality of this Airbnb reservation, as of June 2018, we as your Airbnb host (Dash Living Japan) would like to fully disclose that it will be necessary for you, our Airbnb Guest (Tenant), to also sign a simple monthly rental contract as this is required by law for this particular reservation type and location. Our team members will help coordinate the paperwork and you can acknowledge electronically via PandaDoc. We appreciate your cooperation regarding this process. ・No shoes in the home... "Japanese Style". No more than 5 people maximum in the room at any given time and no overnight guests are allowed without host permission. Also no parties and/or loud gatherings allowed at anytime. Please note that after 10pm we do ask that all guests keep noise to a bare minimum. We want to be respectful of our neighbors. Please note that children above the age of 5 will be considered an additional occupancy and will be charged accordingly. ・ATTENTION SMOKERS: We want to provide a smoke free environment for our guests. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed within the building or in the room. If there is any sign of smoke smell in the home upon your checkout, we will assume there was smoking involved in the home. There will be a fine of 15,000 JPY if violated. This is non negotiable. If you would like to smoke, please find the nearest convenience store which is a 1 min walk from the apartment. You can freely smoke there. If any damages to sheets and/or linens, please let me know right away or so we can treat the stain ASAP.
