Missi's Retreat is a very spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with classic European décor. The property features wonderful amenities, with soft linens, full kitchen and plenty of cozy spaces to rest and relax, including an adult sized swing set and off street parking for 3 cars. All adult guests must have a fully verified Airbnb profiles (Including identity verification) and be linked to the reservation. Space is not ideal for young guests age 2-4. 6 guest maximum. We are happy to have you. The space As you approach the home, you'll be warmly welcomed by lovely landscaping and a property designed to offer a beautiful relaxing stay with a tranquil spa feel. Driveway parking is available for 3 cars and a we have a 1 step entry. An electronic lock makes self-check in a breeze. From the moment you open the door, you will be immediately impressed by the regal entrance, which fills the room with light, and leads you into the formal living room where there are 2 sofas and an easy chair to rest, read or enjoy a cup of tea in front of the gas fireplace. A few steps further and you'll find the Formal Dining Room with a glass table and seating for 6. The Kitchen is fully equipped with stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. A small coffee bar is set up for your convenience with all the trimmings. The Kitchen is open to the family room which is set up with 2 sofas and an easy chair and a 65" smart tv for you to enjoy all of your own streaming services. The huge back yard has a large green space, outdoor seating for all, with a fire pit, a small BBQ grill and a covered dining area. As well as an adult size swing set for 2. ( Swing at your own risk) There are 3 bedrooms available to guests: Guest Bedroom #1 is tucked away downstairs, with a queen size bed, and a 42" smart Tv. The cozy room offers quick access to the downstairs bath which is located just outside of Guest Bedroom 1 and is equipped with a shower and bars for guests that may need a bit of assistance getting in and out of the shower. Guest Bedroom #2 is upstairs and has a lovely queen sized bed, small desk/vanity and a 42" smart tv. Guest bedroom #3 is also upstairs, has a lovely queen sized bed, small desk/vanity and a 42" smart tv. All bedrooms have closets with hangers for guest use. The 2nd Guest Bathroom is located upstairs, and is easily shared by the upstairs guest rooms. It is equipped with a shower/tub combo and 2 separate sink areas. Laundry room can be made available for laundry services for a per stay fee. The entire home is a great retreat and close to many San Diego North County attractions. Just 4.5 miles to the beach! Also less than an hour away from Sea World, The San Diego Zoo, Gaslamp District and the same distance from The Disneyland Resort and Knott's Berry Farm.
