Large, cozy, family-friendly apartment

This stylish place, which we like to use ourselves, is perfect for family or friend gatherings. It impresses with its size of 140 m² and the comfort of 3 spacious bedrooms and its good amenities. The view of the Alpine panorama from each room is awesome. Our guests are very important to us and we want everyone to feel comfortable. The apartment is located in quiet Meisham, not far from the Eggstätter lake district, an idyll in summer as well as in winter. The space The apartment has 3 large bedrooms, each of which can sleep 2 people in comfortable beds. In each room, additional guests can stay overnight: either with an added baby bed or with added mattresses. Or in the children's/youth room in the sense of a "cabin character" 4-5 beds next to each other. We often use the apartment with our 3 children and usually have visits from friends with other children. Due to the spaciousness and also 3 balconies in every direction, everyone finds a place to linger and retreat. In the open, well-equipped kitchen, we love to cook together. We love excursions into nature and have already done many activities, such as cycling, swimming, sailing, hiking and in winter skiing, cross-country skiing and ski tours. We will be happy to advise you on this. Bavarian food is also an important feel-good factor for us and we have many restaurant recommendations nearby for you. We have some bicycles in the shed and carport, which you can borrow for free. Other things to note Included in the price is the tourism fee of the municipality of Eggstaett and, if necessary, a guest card is available.
