Townhouse in São Roque

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A two-bedroom townhouse with an outdoor area featuring a hammock for relaxing. Well located in the tourist town of São Roque, where you can find good restaurants and the famous Wine Route. Other things to note HOUSE RULES NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. Please, at self check-in, test all electrical appliances in the house (shower, TV, refrigerator... etc.) If you detect any problems, please let me know immediately. Guests are asked to take care of the space, taking care of the bed linens and hygiene of the bathroom and kitchen. Before checking out, all used dishes must be washed and the garbage removed, leaving the bags tied, and placed in the garbage can next to the tank. Please ALWAYS turn off the lights, the ceiling fan and close the windows when leaving the house. No parties and/or visitors are allowed. Please also respect the quiet hours at night by not talking loudly or turning on the TV or stereo at high volume. Linens included in the lodging price: - 4 bath towels, - 4 hand towels, - 1 bath mat, - 1 dish towel, - 1 double bed linen (fitted sheet, sheet and 2 pillowcases), with no change provided during the stay. - 2 single bed linens (2 fitted sheets, sheets and 2 pillowcases) - 3 covers or blankets (1 double and 2 single)
