Please note that the pool availability is subject to change due to unforeseen maintenance or community events. We recommend checking us before your visit to confirm that the pool is available. Other things to note The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are very important to us. We take pride in our cleaning process and work hard to ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned and ready before, during, and after every stay. 🧼✨ PET POLICY 🐾🐕 We’re delighted to offer you a bundled pet fee option for your convenience: ★ $25 per day for stays of 1–5 days. ★ $150 flat fee for stays of 6–20 days. ★ $250 flat fee for stays of 20+ days. • Maximum of 2 pets allowed per reservation. • Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the unit within the complex. • Undeclared pets will incur a $200 fee if they are not included in the reservation prior to check-in. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT FEES ⏰ • Early check-in is available for a $40 fee and must be requested before 9 AM on the day of arrival. • Late check-out is subject to a $100 fee. (Please note that both are subject to availability) TRASH DISPOSAL POLICY 🗑️ • All trash must be properly bagged and placed in the designated on-site bins before check-out. • Leaving more than one bag of trash inside the unit may be considered excessive and could result in a $50 fee.
