Description

Brüel House is a historic thatched summer house from 1918 in protected nature on the Danish island of Møn. Surrounded by forest and meadows, offering a peaceful and secluded experience. Built by Danish architect and master carpenter Rasmus Brüel, the house not only breathes history, it reflects a time when craftsmanship, simplicity and connection to nature were inseparable. Brüel House is particularly suited for guests who value peace, protected landscapes and a strong sense of place. The space The only thing you can hear is the sea - or the lark singing. Here you will find peace. Outside Brüels House's atmospheric 129 m2, you are surrounded by the upcoming Nature National Park, Møn's best and almost completely undisturbed beach and idyllic meadows. Inside, the 50 m2 heart of the house awaits you with a kitchen, dining room, living room and wood-burning stove. The large, fine A-house has been designated as worthy of preservation and is beautifully decorated with respect for history. It's a bit like being in a hunting lodge. Brüels Hus' large communal living area is centered around an old English fireplace (with wood-burning stove) and the kitchen, which has large windows with lots of light and views of the lake and salt marsh. The cottage offers large rooms with plenty of sleeping space. On the ground floor there is a guest room with access to a covered terrace and a view of Ulvshale Forest. On the first floor, at one end is the large master bedroom with a view of the Baltic Sea. At the other end are two en suite bedrooms with two single beds and a sofa bed. From here you can also see directly into Ulvshale Forest, which is just a few meters from the house. The terrace in front of the house is perfect for morning coffee, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet, the view and feel the sun's first morning rays on your face. On the large south-facing terrace, there is space for sitting and dining with sun from morning to evening. The house is surrounded by a lovely natural garden with lawn, trampoline and a small herb bed, which you are welcome to harvest from. There is a rich wildlife around the house. Owls, deer, squirrels, hares, pheasants and woodpeckers regularly stop by. And if you provide fresh water in the bird bath, you can experience the finest birdlife in the garden. The road opposite the cottage leads directly down to the beach meadow and the very best sandy beach. This is a great place to swim. The sea has azure blue tones, as at Møns Klint and to the south, and you almost have it all to yourself. Close to UNESCO heritage site Møns Klint. Guest access House with private garden and parking space with EV charger.
