The space Our massive, open-concept main level is designed for connection, while the private backyard—complete with a large deck and fire pit—offers a peaceful sanctuary. With three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, there is plenty of room for up to 8 guests to spread out and relax. Gather & Dine: The heart of the home is our expansive, open-concept main floor. It features two distinct living areas and a chef-inspired kitchen, making it the ultimate space for dinner parties and easy conversation. The Kitchen: A culinary treat featuring a large island with a built-in beer fridge to keep your drinks perfectly chilled. You’ll find premium amenities throughout—be sure to check the cabinet drawers for everything a home chef could need! Entertainment: A 50" TV is perfectly situated so you can catch the game or a movie whether you’re cooking, lounging on one of our three sofas, or enjoying a meal at the 8-seat dining table. Work & Play: The main level hosts a private office with a printer, plus a secondary rec room—the perfect cozy nook for movie nights or extra sleeping space thanks to the comfortable pull-out sofa. Rest & Refresh: Head upstairs to find three peaceful bedrooms and the convenience of a second-floor laundry room. The Master Suite: Your private retreat featuring a King-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bath. It also includes a dedicated vanity/desk with professional lighting—ideal for your morning routine or a professional Zoom call. Guest Comfort: High-quality towels, pillows, and extra bedding are easily accessible in the hallway linen closet. Outdoor Living: Step outside to our private backyard oasis, designed for ultimate relaxation. The Deck: A sprawling 12 x 40-foot deck featuring a full-sized barbecue for summer grilling. It’s the perfect spot for al fresco dining with a table for 8, a comfortable lounge area, and remote-controlled candles for evening ambiance. The Garden: Feel free to snip some fresh chives or mint from our potted herb garden to brighten your meals. Cozy Nights: Unwind by the fire pit (firewood provided) or enjoy a quiet cup of tea on the front steps overlooking the tree-lined streets of Humber Park. Guest access You will have private access to the entire home, with the exception of the unfinished basement storage area. Parking for three vehicles is available at the rear of the property. Other things to note To keep you extra cozy during chilly evenings, our easy-to-use pellet stove can be preset to your preferred temperature. It adds a lovely, warm glow to the living area. (Extra pellets are located in the front closet, and I’m always happy to walk you through the settings!)
