Quirky place close to the old market town centre and bars and restaurants only a few minutes walk. It was an old school classroom in the 60s, then an Auction house, before being remodelled to separate dwellings. Spread over two floors, it has two bedrooms, a new shower bathroom, a downstairs toilet and separate hall and own private front door. Also on the ground floor is a spacious open plan kitchen lounge diner. Close by is Mercedes and Silverstone circuit. The space Quirky and very cool! Guest access Lock box Other things to note It fits two adults and a cot if in the main double room. Sofa bed room is small double so suits two small adults/children or one adult. Just ask before booking for your configuration. Please note: The Auction House now has its own Bin Store which is located to the left of the car parking space in the corner. Please put all rubbish in the bins provided and not in the Bin Store opposite the front door as this is for the sole use of the residents who live in the Bell Tower.
