The property is close to attractions like Porto Cathedral and Livraria Lello, good restaurants and shops, and the Hospital S. João station is just 11 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city! The space Welcome to my studio! Beautiful and comfortable, this lovely studio of 35m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. Relax in the living room, which features a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a sofa and a flat-screen TV. The area features multiple windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric hob, an oven and a coffee machine. The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
