Peaceful quiet cabin nestled against two sides of BLM land. This is a private cabin in its on valley. 50 miles from Purgatory ski resort and 70 from wolf creek. Cabin is 100 feet from national forest and only 15 minutes from town. Horses are welcome have corral with shade and windbreak. The space Remote cabin but not to far from town. We are off county rd 523 which is a dirt road. The turnoff to cabin is dirt and a little step in parts. Easily accessible when its dry, but when its wet or snowy its advised to have 4 wheel drive. There is a gate at the Y when you turn left to our property. You will see the wooden barn/shed on right. The cabin is eflt down the road from there. There is plenty of parking. Guest access The cabin and surrounding property is accessible just please stay out of the barn/shed. Other things to note KEEP CLOSE EYE ON KIDS AND DOGS!!! Bears, Lions, Bobcats and an occasional Rattlesnake are in the area. Hawks, Eagles and Owls will snatch small dogs.
