Welcome to your home in beautiful & peaceful Eagle, Idaho! This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom is the perfect retreat for families, groups, or anyone seeking a comfortable stay. All towels and sheets are 100% cotton. Fenced in backyard with access gate to school track and playground when school is not in session for nice morning runs and playing catch. There is also a nice patio with BBQ and picnic bench where you can watch the sun set in the west. Outside security cameras, updated fire, smoke & Co2. The space Upon entering, the living room invites you to unwind on comfortable leather sofas with a 75-inch TV, while the adjacent dining area, with a large round table and seating for 6, (plus extra chairs) provides a charming setting for family meals or group gatherings. The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials needed for delicious meals. There is also a bistro-style breakfast table with seating for 4 connected to the kitchen. Also available a kiddie table and high chair for the little one. The family room invites relaxation with a cozy, wood-burning fireplace, sofa and 50” TV. There are toys and books and play kitchen for children as well as a sink and counter in the adjoining bar area. The large primary suite offers a king-sized bed, a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The three additional bedrooms are each thoughtfully equipped with a 42” TV and comfortable cotton bedding for a restful night's sleep. There is a king bedroom on the main floor (queen blowup mattress and bedding in closet), a king ensuite upstairs, a king bedroom upstairs and a bunk room. The bunk room features a twin over double bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath and even has a toddler bed! There is also a port-a-crib available upon request. With three full bathrooms, stocked with plenty of towels and linens, morning routines are a breeze. Step outside to the lovely fenced backyard that backs up to an elementary school. A gate under an ivy-covered archway allows access to the playground when school is not in session. You can also use the BBQ, enjoy relaxing on the patio, play pickleball down the street, or even Golf at Eagle Hills Golf Course across the street. Guest access The entire home will be accessible to guests, except the garage. Other things to note If you would like to have a real, wood-burning fire, let us know and we will set out the fireplace tools. When you are finished, please close the fireplace doors and we will take care of the ashes. We have a very safe neighborhood and security cameras are only on outside perimeter of our home.
