Lavish your stay and enjoy this peaceful and private suite in the Northlake Community with access to the lake walk, clubhouse and parks, minutes away from SMF airport and Downtown Sacramento. This 500SF ADU has its own private entry with a homy and spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dedicated stylish washer and dryer, and a full private bathroom. The bedroom is upgraded significantly for soundproofing and it is the most quiet place for relaxing and a good night rest. The space This is an attached dwelling unit (ADU) space with its own separate entry at the front of the house with views to the main street. There is a path from the driveway that wraps around the ADU leading to your private covered entry. The living spaces are bright and welcoming, furnished in a modern cozy style with a comfortable couch that can extend to a small bed, suitable for a child. There is a half folded Danish round table with 2 chairs that can be extended as needed, additional chairs are available upon request. The kitchenette is equipped with a full size refrigerator and freezer, a microwave oven with an indoor circulating fan and filter, an air fryer unit, an induction stove top for light cooking, a toaster, a coffee pod maker and an assortment of pods, an electric tea kettle, and small pots/pans. The ADU has a shared door to the main house that will be closed/locked at all times. You can lock it from your side with a latch and we can lock it from the main house through the door knob. If you need anything please contact us through the Airbnb app. The laundry room is equipped with a stacked samsung washer and dryer and an exhaust fan. A vaccum cleaner is provided next to the washer and dryer. There is a linen closet with towels, extra blankets, sheets and some cleaning supplies. Any provided supplies is there to get you started and it would not be refilled, such as toilet paper, soap, detergent, etc. The bathroom has a standard layout with a small granite top vanity sink, a medicine cabinet, wall mirror with bright lights and cabinets below, with a hair dryer, LED makeup mirror and some supplies. There is a hand held bidet hose next to the toilet if needed along with a small stainless steel trash can with lid, a plunger, and a silicon brush. The shower compartment has a sliding glass door, a magnetic hand held shower head with 3 settings, some compartments for soap and shampoo, and a glass squeegee. The house is equipped with on demand (instant) water heater which provides unlimited hot water. Although it might take a min to get the hot water since it is the furthest location from the water heater unit in the garage. The bedroom has a medium firm memory foam mattress on a queen bed with two bedside drawers on each side and a night lamp. There is a bed storage ottoman at the end of the bed and two foldable suitcase stands in the closet for your luggage for ease of travels. The closet is very spacious with plenty of hangers and a top shelf for extra storage. You can find a portable tower fan and a space heater here if needed. The shared interior wall in the bedroom with the main house has been significantly upgraded and properly soundproofed with resilient channel, insulation, 2 layer of drywall, and a sound absorbent finish on both sides of the wall. Now the bedroom is a proper quiet place for a good night rest. Guest access The clubhouse key is available to you and you are welcome to use the amenities there. The amenities include a swimming pool, kitchen, seating areas, pool table, ping pong, and foosball. Street parking is available and there is usually a space by the street light right in front of the hosue, clear visibility from your suite window. Other things to note The suite HVAC system is tied with the main house and it does not have its own separate unit. We keep the temp. at 78F for AC and 70F for heating. Although there are ceiling fans in both living room and the bedroom in addition to a portable tower fan and a parabolic space heater in the closet for your comfort. Level 2 EV charger (11 kwh NACS port) is available to you upon request and additional cost. We can discuss a plan according to your need and usage if needed.
