Welcome to our cozy, fully equipped, small 1-room apartment in the heart of the historic old town, on the 2nd floor, overlooking the garden, quiet location and a lot of love for detail. Ideal for your short stay or your vacation in the Silver City. Located in the immediate vicinity of the theater and St. Nicholas Church, you can reach all attractions, such as St. Marien, the Ober- and Untermarkt or the Terra Mineralia and the university in a few minutes' walk. The space Facilities: - Living area with a pull-out daybed - Fully equipped kitchenette with electric stove, microwave and coffee maker -Bathroom with shower, washing machine and hair dryer -TV and free Wi-Fi (max. 6 Mbps) Guest access Access to the apartment is independent, via a key box. If possible, please be there before 6 PM, as the front door is locked afterwards. If it gets later, please let us know. We'll find a solution. Other things to note A partially free parking lot (An der Ehernen Schlange), as well as paid parking lots and 2 parking garages, are in the immediate vicinity (5 minutes on foot). The train station is about a 15-minute walk away. The DB (German rail) transport connection to Dresden and Hof is very well developed. Parking in the Old Town is not possible.
