The apartment on the ground floor offers not only its own garden, but also a sunny terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning and end the day with a glass of wine in the evening. The garden has a lockable garden shed where you can safely store your bicycles, because in Garding and the surrounding area there are countless bicycle paths waiting to be explored by you. For the little guests there is a playground and soccer field in the immediate vicinity, so boredom has no chance. Shopping, restaurants and the local train station are easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. Try the diverse cuisine in local restaurants such as Kerlin's Kupferpfanne or the Italian-run restaurant Europa. Our barrier-free apartment has been specially designed for your well-being. The entrance to the house, access to the terrace and the bathroom are wheelchair accessible and offer comfort for all guests. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, each with two single beds, which can be put together to form a double bed on request. In the cozy living room you will find a flat-screen satellite TV and a radio for relaxing evenings. The open kitchen/living room is fully equipped, including oven, electric stove, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. Wi-Fi is available for a one-time fee, so you can stay connected during your vacation.
