The space Casa Sueño is a well-designed spacious home that will sleep 8 comfortably. There are three bedrooms, each with it's own full bath. One bedroom with a queen bed is on the first floor allowing easy access to everything without having to use the stairs. The other two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two fulls, are upstairs. If you would like extra room to sleep, there is also a pull-out sofa bed in the upstairs living room. The AC units can be found in the three bedrooms. The main rooms of the house do not have AC. However, they have an open concept design with accordian doors that can be completely opened to allow in the ocean breeze. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to cook your meals and the dining table will comfortably sit all your family and friends. There is one big-screen television in the main living room and it is equipped with a Roku control so you can watch all of your favorite apps. Guest access Your family and friends will have access to the entire house. The garage is for our personal storage. Other things to note Our entire family has enjoyed Casa Sueño several times and we hope your family will as well. We do caution that small children should be careful with the infinity pool and not climb on the walls or jump from the deck. They should also be careful not to climb on the glass banisters or run into them. The steps do not have an outside railing, so everyone, including children should always walk up and down the stairs using the railing along the wall for support. The road from the beach up to the house is a dirt road. We recommend an SUV with good clearance. I have done it several times with a 2 wheel drive, but a 4x4 would be helpful.
