Located within walking distance of the Dampoort and the city center, but still far enough from the hustle and bustle, you can find this fantastic apartment with all the comfort you need to feel completely at home! It is stylishly decorated with an eye for detail, which ensures pure relaxation. NOTE: For reservations of 1 month or more: at least 1 interim cleaning per 2 weeks is scheduled and charged extra to keep the current condition of the accommodation optimal. This includes a complete cleaning by a professional team and fresh bed and bath linen. If you would like more cleaning, this can certainly also be scheduled (at your own expense). This will be for the same price as the cleaning fee you see when making the reservation. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the amenities you would need (see our profile for details). A Nespresso (Magimix) coffee machine is available. You need to bring your own coffee cups for this. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed. In the living room, there is another separate double bed. This is separated by a closet, but please note that this bed is in the open living area without a door. The bathroom has a bathtub where you can also shower, and there is a toilet. There is a baby cot available, do not forget to bring your own linen for this. No high chair is provided. Free Wi-Fi is available, it is perfectly possible to work from this apartment. There is a TV with international channels and Netflix option (with own account). There is an efficient check-in and check-out process. You can park for free on the street, which is a 15-minute walk away. More details will be given at the time of reservation. In addition, you can reserve a parking space in advance via SparkSpot. This platform offers available parking spaces in the area and is often cheaper than street or public parking. You can get a breath of fresh air in the Bijgaardepark, and nearby there are nice places to have a coffee for relaxation. The accommodation is completely private, neither I nor other guests stay in the accommodation during your trip Other things to note These are some of the measures we take to provide you with a safe and enjoyable stay: - Pets are not allowed. - Check in is possible from 3 p.m., check out at the latest 11 a.m. - Our accommodation is cleaned by a professional cleaning team. - We provide professional bedding and towels. These are washed at a high temperature by a professional laundry company. - We work with a self-check-in system, so you can check in yourself on arrival without meeting anyone. - Please remember that you are staying in an accommodation, not a hotel. - Please treat the space with respect.
