For any other use, such as for photos or videos (videos, video blogs, product placements, wedding preparations, etc.), you must have our approval. It is strictly forbidden to record and publish images of the apartment without our approval. The rental amount for photo/video sessions starts from 100 euros, depending on your needs. Event / Birthday Package We turn any anniversary into a special moment with a complete package dedicated to the celebration. We provide for a fee with a budget starting from 100 euros: • Festive balloons • Bottle of wine/champagne • Bouquet of flowers • Custom balloon message • Decorative candles • Cheese platter • Figures with the age of the birthday boy Please note that this service is available for a fee and only upon request in advance. Additional Services: Early Check-in & Late Check-out • Early Check-in – earlier than 3 pm, subject to availability Price: between 20 and 30 Euro • Late Check-out – after 10:00, subject to availability Price: between 20 and 30 Euro Guest access You have private access to the entire accommodation and its facilities. All of the apartment’s features are there for you to enjoy. THE GRILL IS NOT FUNCTIONAL! Other things to note Please note that the exterior of the building and the common areas may not be visually pleasing. Most of the central buildings are old, historic buildings and are not in a very pleasant condition. We assure you that despite the appearance, the area is safe and there have never been any safety issues. Moreover, we guarantee that the interior of the apartment has nothing to do with the building. Once you enter the apartment, you will have a wonderful experience:) No parties or events are allowed. Upon checkout, please put the key in the lockbox. Pets are allowed. In case of destruction of furniture, design elements or components of the apartment, the guest will be strictly personally liable for the damage caused. At very low temperatures, below 0-5 degrees Celsius, the water temperature in the Jacuzzi may change. During the cold season, the fine for unplugging the jacuzzi is 50 euros. Smoking indoors is strictly forbidden. The fine for this is 100 euros. There are also parking spaces in the area, but the area can be crowded at certain times of the day. The MAXIMUM capacity of the apartment is 4 people. If the limit accepted by the host is exceeded, guests are required to pay 25 euros /person fee. The grill is NOT functional. Thank you!
