There is a small balcony in the outdoor area with a bench where you can sit and enjoy a chat outside the apartment. In the outdoor area there is also a sink, and if you need to, you can wash small pieces of clothing. We have two bikes that can be used on tours of the lovely city. Guest access In the condominium we have two swimming pools, one of them with a region around 1.4 meters and another region around 1.65 meters deep and another pool for young children. We also have a barbecue area with two horizontal barbecue grills and freezers with prior scheduling for use. We have a covered leisure area with tables, chairs, cable TV, ping-pong table, and foosball. Ample parking inside the condominium with a parking space for each unit. We have a doorman at night and access during the day by remote control or key and 24-hour security.
