On the third floor, you will find a private pool with shallow depth, ideal for the safety of children, as well as a barbecue for special moments. All windows and stairs have a protective screen, ensuring safety for children and pets. We offer a variety of entertainment, including board games, toys and books, as well as a Super Smart TV in the living room so you can enjoy movies and TV series. High-quality internet ensures a stable connection during your stay. The kitchen is well equipped with modern utensils such as Airfryer, blender, mixer, coffee maker, microwave, sandwich maker and more, making your experience even more convenient and comfortable. Guests are entitled to a parking space, and the street is very quiet, with several free parking options, including shaded areas. Other things to note Upon your arrival, the house and pool will be ready and clean, with complete bed and bath linens. Please note: Pool maintenance is optional and will be charged separately if you request it. Additional cleaning after check-in, as well as the replacement of bed and bath linens, will incur an extra charge. The occupancy limit is 8 people (adults and children).
