This private guest suite is only 10 mins car ride and 8 mins Bart ride from downtown SF! You'll definitely be able to walk to Bart within 15 minutes. You will enjoy your own private 1 bedroom. We've taken the time to craft a true, unique San Francisco living experience for our guests. The space Welcome to your clean and modern guest suite in Oakland. This is a 2 story duplex home. Your private room is on the first floor of the house. The guest room has a full sized bed with clean sheets and comforter and a full bathroom with clean towels. There is a wifi enabled ROKU TV for you to watch your favorite subscriptions on. There is also a night stand with storage drawers for additional clothes and belongings. Guest access You have full access to the entire first floor level: the entrance, your full guest room, and backyard. You will also have access to the washer and dryer which is located inside the garage. Other things to note Cleaning: Our cleaning staff reserves the right to service any unit between the hours of 11am and 3pm on check-in and check-out days unless you are paying for an early check-in or late check-out. We rarely need additional time beyond 3pm, but will notify you of an extenuating circumstances. Courtesy Late Check-Out: For our outstanding guests, we would like to extend a courtesy late check-out of 30 minutes if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Our cleaners may still begin cleaning the unit at 11am, but you may take the additional time to get ready. Extended Late Check-Out: Extended late check-out time is available until 1pm. There is a $40 charge and payment must be processed and accepted before 10am on check-out day. Guests will be charged for an additional day if no prior notice is given for a late check-out.
