The building also offers 24-hour front desk service with controlled access, as well as one indoor parking space with convenient elevator access in the building. Other things to note Before booking – Please note: A one-time $50 condo fee per adult is collected by the front desk at check-in (credit/debit only). This fee is set by the Condominium Association and is not included in your Airbnb reservation. Children under 18 are free. The building manages check-in directly and may request the following: • Photo ID for each adult guest • Signed acknowledgment of Condominium Rules & Regulations • Vehicle details if parking Luggage storage is available through the front desk before check-in or after check-out for a flat $25. Visitor policy: Visitors are allowed until 11:00 PM and must present ID at the front desk. House rules: No smoking and no parties anywhere in the apartment or building.
