Casa Paz Lugo, live the Wall

Casa Paz is a cozy and charming apartment in the heart of Lugo, with spectacular views of the Roman Wall. Ideal for up to 6 people, it offers a well-kept, bright and lovingly decorated atmosphere. Fully equipped: full kitchenware, bedding and everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is in the center, with parking included, and a short walk from the wine area, although on a super quiet street, perfect for resting. We have license VUT-LU-002985. The space THE ACCOMMODATION. The house has two levels, the first level (3rd floor of the building) is accessed via stairs or by an elevator (passage width 68 cm and an approximate depth of 80 cm) with direct landing in the house itself. To access the second level (roofed floor) it is necessary to climb some comfortable stairs. It is an accessible home for people with reduced mobility but not adapted for people with wheelchairs. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is room to comfortably accommodate 6 people. The master bedroom is on the first level and features a 150x200 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the second level, the other two bedrooms, with beds of 150x200 cm and 135x190 cm; share a bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar awaits you where you will find everything you need to prepare a coffee or tea. We have a reverse osmosis filtered water system installed in the sink tap, which provides high-quality drinking water, thus eliminating the need for plastic bottles. In the living room, wall-to-wall windows flood the space with natural light and offer a unique and unbeatable view of the Roman Wall. Guest access LAUNDRY. The house has a laundry room equipped with a washer-dryer, as well as the basics needed to take care of your clothes. For your most delicate garments, the washing machine has a steam wash program. PARKING. The house is located in an area of the historic center with a ban on access to unauthorized vehicles, which is why, if you need it, we will provide you with a parking space in a public parking lot located about 200m from the house (2 minutes walk). Before arrival, we will send you a message with all the information you need to use this service included in the reservation.
