Free off-street parking is available inside the property (not covered). Self check-in is available when applicable. Other things to note House Rules & Important Policies Quiet Residential Area – No parties or loud noise. Be mindful of neighbors, especially at night. Smoking Policy – Smoking inside is not allowed, but permitted if you have a private upstairs balcony Pool & Jacuzzi – Closes at 9:30 PM. Private reservations available. Parking – Free off-street parking (not covered). Max: 2 vehicles per home. No ATVs or commercial vehicles allowed overnight. Guest Limit – Only registered guests are allowed to stay. Contact us if you plan to have visitors. Security – Keep doors locked when leaving the house. The gated community closes at midnight, so plan accordingly. Check-Out Responsibility – Please leave the home in the same condition as you found it. Report any damage before departure. For Monthly Rentals (28+ Days): A $500 security deposit is required upon arrival. It will be refunded within 20 days after check-out, minus any outstanding utility bills over Q500/month or major damages. Utilities included: Internet, cable TV, gas, and electricity, water Housekeeping & extra utilities will be deducted from the deposit if applicable. Cancellation & Liability: Full refunds may be available depending on our ability to rebook the home. Travel insurance is highly recommended. The owner is not liable for any injuries, lost/stolen items, or damages incurred during your stay.
