Close to restaurants, shopping, the beach, family-friendly activities, nightlife and the 30-A bike path. Situated south of Hwy 98 in a quiet neighborhood, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. One bedroom and a private bath. Additional sitting area with a mini fridge and microwave. Also included is a workspace with a desk chair. There is a TV for DVD's only. I do not have cable. Space is sectioned off from my home with a sliding barn door and has its own private entrance and parking right in front of entrance. I work close by, and sometimes out of my home. so am available most of the time should you need anything, while also respecting your privacy. Close proximity to restaurants, shops, health food store, bakery, and the always popular Blue Mountain Beach Creamery. Just cross the street to connect with the 30-A bike path for a less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Beach access has restrooms and a lifeguard on duty in the summer season. Just up the road from the communities of Seaside and Watercolor. There are lots of shops and restaurants just a short driving distance away. Uber is also currently available in the area as well as many taxi services.
