Welcome to Lightning Bug where we let the grass get a little taller to welcome the lightning bugs in spring and summer! This rustic home is built with rough-cut timber featuring a cozy living space open to the kitchen w/half bath downstairs. The full bath and 2 bedrooms are upstairs featuring a medium-firm Cal-king bed, & firm double & twin in the 2nd bedroom. Enjoy foosball inside and hot tub outside! Forced-air heat, window A/C. High-speed fiber internet. The space Open living room and kitchen downstairs with half bath. Upstairs find the full bath, primary bedroom with Cal-King bed and porch access, along with secondary bedroom with a double bed and a twin. Guest access Utility closet and owner closet are not available to guests. Other things to note Property shares a driveway with another rental cottage and is in close proximity to that other cottage. The driveway is steep and partially paved. Please bring a vehicle with 4 wheel drive, all wheel drive or all-weather tires during times of inclement weather. We cannot guarantee that your vehicle will be able to handle the driveway in extreme wet, snowy or icy conditions. Cameras are present on the exterior only and are able to view the hot tub. We do not monitor these cameras unless there is an issue. This rental is in a rural area and services like power and water supply can be interrupted at any time during inclement weather or local construction. Management and ownership have no control over any interruptions in utilities. This is also a rustic older home with creaky floors which has been reconfigured to add proches. There are no exterior lights wired to the house. Please keep that in ind when arriving after dark. No pets please! ADA animals are welcome.
