Seaside house, pottery, art studio & grand piano

A recently refurbished 18th century house in Torbay's central seaside town, we have a lovely light filled cob creative studio and a unique farm house on the old high street. Full of old world charm, we're a 15 minute walk to the seaside and all the bars and restaurants of the harbour. The house boasts a grand piano & other instruments, under floor heating, double dishwashers and a quirky vibe. Cheap sailing, great restaurants, Dartmoor, Torquay, Brixham & Totnes are all to hand. The space The ground floor of the main house has a TV room, well stocked kitchen, dining room and music room which opens out to a large back yard. Upstairs we have the bathroom & 3 bedrooms, one with a super king bed, another with a double and the 3rd with a bunk bed (the lower bed is a small double) The studio is out the back & is a lovely cob building dedicated to arts & craft. Guest access The whole house, back yard & studio are yours Other things to note 14 minutes walk to the seaside and 10 minutes walk to Paignton railway station, we're just behind the lovely Palace Theatre in Paignton Old Town close to lots of amenities but out of the main hubbub of Paignton new town. We're also 10 minutes walk to England's largest outdoor water-park at splashdownwaterparks quaywest.
