Additional Information: UPON ARRIVAL: You will not need to check in anywhere. Go ahead and make your way to the condo. Pull door towards you then enter code to open! Please remember you are in someone’s home and someone else’s neighborhood. Please respect them by not disrupting the neighboring homes by entering their yards, riding ATVs in or on their driveways, yelling, using profound language, revving motors, etc. Please keep noise to a minimum especially approaching night time hours. There is a noise ordinance set at 10 pm. There will be a list of house rules in the condo. Please read it CAREFULLY. Las Palmas pools are open Monday - Thursday 9am - 9pm, Friday and Sat 9am - 10pm To use Green Valley Passes take the Las Palmas pool card (it is large with unit # on it) next door to the Green Valley Resort. Enter through the Clubhouse glass doors, go straight ahead and out the back through the glass doors. In front and to the right of you will be a pool house. Go inside and show the receptionist your pool card. They will get you logged in and you are on your way to having fun! You will have 6 passes per day, any additional is $5 per person. ​Garbage: Please make sure that garbage is disposed of properly and taken out to the designated receptacles. There is a $35 charge for any excessive garbage that needs to be hauled off by Red Sands Vacations.
