Waterfront House on Sandy Beach

Minutes from one of the few Sandy Beaches in Kitsap County, is the ideal getaway for relaxation and tranquility. Wake up each morning to the rhythmic sound of the Puget Sound's waves or an occasional Sea lion's chatter. Enjoy water views from your bedroom and living room as well as views of Mount Rainier from the bedroom on a clear day. The Seattle-Bremerton Ferry sails by the house regularly (approximately 2 times per hour) and is stunningly lit at night. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment excluding the cleaning closet. Guests have access to the state park from the North side of the house. Keep in mind that the park hours are 8AM to dusk. Guests have access to the private sandy beach in front of the house. Other things to note Guests will need to sign a lease upon booking the property. The lease will be between the guest and the property owner. The lease will be sent electronically to the guest. Price is for double occupancy. Additional people are charged extra per person (excluding children). The house is all-inclusive. Kitchen fully stocked with small appliances, utensils, plates, pots and pans and linens. Price includes all utilities, lawn care and maid service. No smoking. Pets are subject to approval. Additional $250 pet fee per animal is required and additional deposit. Vaccination history and medical records can be requested at owner discretion. Prices are subject to change based on demand and availability.
