The Beach House @ East Shelly

The Beach House @ East Shelly is located in Orford approximately 1 hour drive from Hobart on the sunny east coast of Tasmania. The beach house is located across the road from Shelly beach, which is a sheltered beach perfect for families of all ages. The house is spacious with multiple living areas and a huge deck for relaxing, enjoying a BBQ and taking in the view The house accommodates up to 10 people, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. The space The beach house features an upstairs dining and living area which opens onto a large deck with views of the water. Fully equipped kitchen with a range of appliances and a BBQ on the deck help with all your catering requirements. The upstairs lounge has a wood heater to keep you cosy and the downstairs lounge area has an 8-ball table to keep you entertained. Both lounge areas feature flat screen tv's, with additional TV's in the kitchen and master bedroom. Modern bathrooms can be found on each level, and the lower level bathroom also features a laundry. There is a huge front yard with trampoline and plenty of toys and sporting equipment for cricket or other games on the lawn. Guest access Guests have access to the house and bedrooms that have been opened for their booking. Some bedrooms may remain locked if guests have booked as a smaller group. The garage, shed and outdoor spa are not accessible Other things to note There is a walking track located along the water front near the beach house, the gravel path leads along the waterfront back into the township of orford and in the other direction to spring beach.
