If you're looking for a spacious home close to the football stadium or a different bay area event, or want to stay close to work, our home is perfect! The house is comfortably set up for a group of 4 to 5 adults. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything nearby from this centrally located home. Freeways are minutes away and VTA light rail stations Borregas or Tasman are only a mile away on foot!! If you prefer to drive, we have parking! You cannot go wrong staying here! The space Thank you for selecting the Orchard Garden House for your visit to Silicon Valley! The home is a hosted, 4 bedroom and 2 bath single-story house. The master bedroom has a bathroom and the other 3 rooms share a large hallway bathroom. All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay are provided. Rooms have ample space and each has its own TV. Your Host or co-hosts will be available in case you need anything. Guest access You have access to all areas of the house except the garage and the storage spaces in the backyard. If you need to use the washer/dryer, please contact the Host or co-hosts to arrange a time for laundry. Other things to note Per City of Sunnyvale Ordinance, this property is hosted. The Host or co-hosts would be on-site and from time to time, you may see the home owners doing maintenance like working on the yard.
