The Villa boasts 4 bedroom/baths, comfortable outdoor living and dining space with ocean/ mountain views and its own private pool. Surrounded by nature. This property is perfect to accommodate families and groups of friends. The space Villa Melina is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation home that offers the perfect blend of tropical paradise and modern comfort. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house and a 2nd cabin right next to the main house which is perfect to provide privacy within the same group. Bedrooms: Master Suites (2): The spacious master bedrooms boast a comfortable king-sized bed each, ensuite bathroom, spacious closets and doors that open to the swimming pool/ common area. You can wake up to breathtaking views of the lush jungle surroundings as you listen to the howler monkeys that we are sometimes lucky to be visited by. Guest Bedrooms (2): Two additional bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind. All bedrooms are equipped with a queen-sized beds, plenty of storage and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable night & amazing sleep. Bathrooms: All bedrooms come with their own private bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. These bathrooms are beautifully appointed with modern fixtures, hot water and are perfect for refreshing after a day of sun and surf. Living Spaces: Living Room and Kitchen: The main living area and fully equipped kitchen are both designed to connect with the outdoor space. This spacious, well-lit area is perfect for gathering with family and friends to watch a movie, cook a full meal or simply prepare your sunset cocktails, it is equipped with everything you'll need. Outdoor Relaxation Area: this is our best feature: the large pool side patio with an outside gas grill, the infinity pool and many spaces to hang out with your loved ones. Dive in and cool off on a hot day, or simply lounge on the deck chairs and soak up the sun. The pool area is secluded and the best place to watch the magical sunsets. Dining Areas: Enjoy meals either in the indoor dining at the kitchen island for three people or in the covered outdoor dining area, which offers seating for up to twelve guests. It's the perfect spot for enjoying meals while taking in the sounds of nature and enjoying the views. Additional Amenities: Wi-Fi, TV & Speaker: Villa Melina has Wi-Fi throughout the house but you can also entertain yourself with the big flat-screen TV in the living room where you can login to your own streaming services or use the one Netflix account we provided for the house use. We will be thrilled to host you in our vacation home in Playa Grande, hoping you make lots of lasting memories. Guest access You will have full access to all spaces within the private property except a little storage/laundry room in the back of the house and the machine room for the pool. Other things to note Villa Melina is only 4km away from the main beach-Playa Grande and 8kms to some other beautiful beaches such as Playa Ventanas , Zapotillal and Bahia de los Piratas so we highly recommend to have a vehicle so you can move around easily and be able to explore the many gems this area has to offer. Playa Grande a small beach town in the Guanacaste peninsula of Costa Rica. An easy one-hour drive from Liberia airport (Daniel Oduber) and 25 minutes away from the famous beach called Playa Tamarindo.
