ENTIRE Condo in Rio Hato, Panama Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Beautiful apartment inside the Playa Blanca complex. Located on the 7th floor, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The building has its own private pool. Access to the beach. Spacious living room, balcony, kitchen. Restaurants and resort (day fee). Beach towels included. 24 hour security. Newly renovated community pool November 2025! The space The master bedroom has a private bath, two sinks, and a separate toilet room. The large balcony is the perfect place for a morning coffee to watch the sunrise and can be accessed off both the living room and master bedroom. Guest access The community pool area contains a large pool for adults and a small pool for children and infants. Also included is a covered area and multiple lounge chairs. If you choose to go to the beach for the day, just grab a towel from the condo and choose your spot on the beach under awnings (first come first serve). There are horse rentals available on the beach. This beach community has a Town Center that offers bike rentals, small clothing stores, bars, and restaurants. A day spa and nail salon is also located within the community. We do not have access to the salt water pool/ lagoon or pool slides at the hotel. You can pay a small daily fee to access these. You must contact the resort for these fees. Other things to note Brand new patio furniture purchased April 2025. Brand new dryer purchased January 2024. New washer pursued in September 2024. Brand new air conditioners purchased in 2023. Newly purchased TV in November 2025. Please bring your Roku or Firestick so you can stream your favorite shows! About 5 minutes away, in the next town over, there is a market that offers fresh local fish and produce. About two miles (3km) down the road you have access to a large grocery store, car rental agency, a dollar store, and a pharmacy among other things. You are about 5 minutes from Rio Hato Airport and about 2 hours from Panama City Airport. There will be an additional $25 fee per night per guest over 4 guests.
