Enjoy a beautiful apartment with high ceilings in a very central location. The apartment is located on lower St. Hanshaugen, close to cozy St.hanshaugen, 10 minutes away from the city centre and popular Vulkan by Akerselva. The apartment is 47 square meters with a social living room with a practical kitchen solution. You have access to bluetooth speakers, google home nest, and a TV with Chromecast. The space The apartment has high ceilings with a beautiful rosette in the living room ceiling, and a newly renovated modern kitchen. The flat is furnished with beautiful furniture in an eclectic Scandinavian style and has lots of green plants, like an oasis in the city. I keep my place very clean and tidy, and hope to have guests that appreciate that. You will be sharing my flat with another guest in the neighbouring room. My main bedroom has a double bed (150 cm) and access to my cute balcony. I would like to make you aware that to enter and exit the other guestroom, this guest will have to walk through the shared bathroom. I have a system to make sure you can share the bathroom without issues, however. I provide high quality Gant towels and body wash, shampoo and conditioner for my guests, so no need to bring that with you if you would like to save on luggage space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook at home, and I provide a basket with some basic food items that you are free to use. Guest access You will be able to access the entire apartment except for the office (kontor) as that is being rented by another guest. During your stay I’m available through the Airbnb chat, and am usually available between the hours of 10am and 9pm. Other things to note I only rent out my room to females or couples, due to my other guest being female. The other guest is staying in my office/guest room. You will be sharing the rest of my apartment with this guest. The apartment has very thin walls, so it’s important to be quiet between the hours of 23:00 and 07:00. Both for the neighbours sake and for guests sleep.
