The perfect spot for an impromptu weekend vacation or extended stay. The ideal home base for your adventures in northern AZ. This spectacular home as been set up with your comfort in mind. Enjoy the outdoors, be it BBQ or stargazing while soaking in our hot tub, as well as a lovingly decorated interior. The space You will gain access to the property through the front door, leading into our gorgeous sun room, offering lots of natural light through multiple skylights as well as amazing views. From here you can stargaze using our telescope without even having to step outside! Grab your favorite hot beverage such as coffee or tea and see your worries disappear as you take in the amazing views. This also works as a great space if you have any office work to do, as you get to enjoy the sun while being productive ;-) From here, you will then access the open-concept living room and kitchen. Enjoy a spacious living room that continues to enchant with beautiful views. This space is lovingly decorated featuring soothing beiges with added colorful splashes through gorgeous area rugs and pillows. The exposed wooden beams and wood-burning stove add to the rustic-chic ranch flair of the home. We also have a flat-screen smart TV for you to enjoy. Log into your own streaming services or enjoy a selection of free-to-stream services. The comfortable couch can be opened and converted to an additional sleeping space if required. The kitchen is fully equipped with every tool and appliance you could ask for, allowing yo to enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay. The natural wood bar top does not only look dashing, but also allows for easy socializing with the cook. Ample countertop space makes meal prep easy. Thanks to our big sink and dishwasher, clean-up is quick as well. The dining room offers comfortable seating for 8 around a rustic solid wood dining table with views of the backyard. We also provide our guests with a high chair, stairgate, child-friendly dinnerware, and a pack-and-play, making our property a great choice for traveling families. Being pet friendly, we also offer food bowls for your furry companions :-) Following the hallway, you will find the first of two bathrooms to your right. This one comes with a gorgeous vanity, shower and tub combo, and toilet. Across the bathroom, to your left, you will find the first bedroom. This bedroom is equipped with a mini-split unit, making it the perfect accommodation for the members of your group that like it cooler during summer time. Enjoy a great night's sleep on our comfortable, brand new, queen-sized bed. At the end of the hallway, we have our laundry area, with washer and dryer, ready for your use. Stepping out from the hallway you will gain access to our mud-room from which you can access the front and backyard as well as the 2 car garage. The mudroom is the perfect space for pet owners to clean or wipe down their pets, as well as to clean up after a day in the snow or mud. The tiled floor is easy to clean and you have another big sink in here as well. Due to the big windows located in here, you will also find that this room tends to be comfortably warm quite easily. The upper floor is accessible by taking the steps up from the back of the living room, granting access to the remaining sleeping spaces. To your right you will find the biggest of the bedrooms, with a modern king-sized bed and walk-in closet. This bedroom might offer one of the most spectacular views through a big double window, facing the St Francisco peaks. To the left, you will find the remaining bedrooms and a guest bathroom. The first bedroom comes with a beautiful bunkbed, featuring a queen-sized bed on the bottom and twin sized-bed at the top. A great sleeping accommodation for the younger members of your group. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and a walk-in closet, offering enchanting views of trees and fields. The guest bathroom on this level comes with a spacious walk-in shower and a Jake and Jill style sink. While the interior of our property is an experience in and of itself, one of the biggest highlights is without a doubt the exterior. Sitting on 5 Acres of land and fully fenced, there are near limitless ways to enjoy this space. The front yard comes with a rustic ranch-style outdoor furniture set up and beautiful water feature (during summer). The backyard features gorgeous outdoor furniture with seating for the entire group. Enjoy a crackling camp fire, propane powered to avoid having to deal with clean-ups. What better way to unwind at the end of an adventure-packed day! Wait.... there is a better way. Soak and relax in our hot tub! Let multiple adjustable jets massage your body while you enjoy the views or even gaze at the stars! Our brand new BBQ grill with smoker function is the perfect start to an amazing BBQ during your stay! Guest access On the day of arrival, I will send you information on how to unlock the electronic lock. Just enter the 4 digit code using the keypad located at the front door, wait a few seconds for the mechanism to unlock, and step in. You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note Please no smoking inside our home, we charge a fee of 500$ for any signs of not following these rules. We also ask you to make sure that the gas has been shut off for our outdoor BBQ and firepit. The hot tub use is free of charge, so please feel free to soak and relax! However, we do ask of you to follow the instructions on hot tub use and care that we provide with check-in instructions. Please treat our hot tub with respect and try to leave it in good condition, so that the next guest may enjoy it, too. If the failure to follow our instructions results in a hot tub, which is not in usable condition, as for example due to: - Low water level - Greenish or otherwise “unusual” watercolor - Or similar issues We will charge a 200$ fee in order to cover the additional service expenses needed to restore the hot tub to its functional condition. This property is pet friendly, we allow up to 2 dogs per stay at an additional one-time fee of 100$/dog. Please communicate with us during your booking process or stay how many pets, if any, you are bringing and we will update your booking accordingly. RV parking, trailer parking, and horse trailer parking available upon approval.
